Hi! Dorlene here and I’m excited to show you an easy card I made.
This is called a "Flip Flap Card".
I pulled out some blue and red pieces of patterned papers. I used a blue piece from the Far and Away collection and the red is from Sping Showers collection. I also used a sentiment from the Whistlin’ Dixie word sheet.
This card was an easy one. Once the patterned papers were adhered, I inked the cut out sentiment in Lipstick Powerpuff Chalk Ink and adhered the top portion to the top flap with 3D foam adhesive.
I stamped a "Congratulations" sentiment in the interior and added white sequins around the card and it is done.

This is called a "Flip Flap Card".
- It starts with a 4 1/4 x 11 1/2 piece of cardstock.
- Then, score the cardstock at 1 7/8 and 7 3/8.
- The middle is your standard 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 sized card so it fits in a regular A2 sized envelope.

After cutting the papers to size but before adhering the pieces to the card base, I inked the blue paper in Deep Sea PowderPuff Chalk Ink and the red patterned paper in Lipstick PowderPuff Chalk Ink.
I stamped a "Congratulations" sentiment in the interior and added white sequins around the card and it is done.
