Hello dear friends, Martha Lucia here to share with you my interpretation of the sketch in our monthly Friday Challenge.
As you've noticed, I love to create cards and I decided to use the sketch in today's card, using a fabulous colors of the Celebrate 100, Joy Ride 400 and Joy Ride 200 papers.
For the base and second layer of my card I used card stock, because I wanted to use the designer papers for decoration. For the third layer I used the purple side of the Celebrate 100 paper.
I really love this color and how I can combine it with a lot of colors to create a variety of great looks. I also used a small piece of Joy Ride 200 to simulate a little banner behind of my die cut. And for the die cut I used a piece of Joy Ride 400.
I stamped the sentiment with PowderPuff Chalk Ink Fuchsia to coordinate with the sketch. Before I paste the different layers, I created a banner with a piece of lace from the Club Q of May month and tied a bow with thick bakers twine on top. The butterflies were cut with punches using a little piece of card stock of the same color of the second layer and the back side of the third layer, that is Celebrate 100 paper.
