Living the Good Life with Martha!

Hello everyone! Martha Lucia here with my first project of the month. This is a layout about the Living the Good Life. On it I used some of our PowderPuff Chalk Inks, the Gypsy Road 300 paper and the Chipboards and Stickers from Catalina Island.

LIVING THE GOOD LIFE

As you have noted I love the flowers and I love the colors of the PowderPuff Chalk Inks. So I decided to stamp different flowers in several colors. For these I used Caribbean Blue PowderPuff Chalk Ink from 2014 Collection and Buttercup, Hydragea, Sky Blue and Sunset PowderPuff Chalk Ink from 2015 Collection. I stamped this over Whisper White cardstock and then I cut these using two different punches.

LIVING THE GOOD LIFE

The base of my page is the dark side of the Gypsy Road 300 paper, this side has a little dots that I coordinated with the ribbon and with one of the die cuts from Catalina Island, that I used at the top of the page. These Die Cuts come in different sizes and I used one of the medium sizes in a blue color.

LIVING THE GOOD LIFE

To embellished my page I also used some Chipboard pieces and Stickers from Catalina Island Collection too. These chipboards are great because they have the own adhesive on back.

As I final touch, I pasted some little rhinestones around the flowers to enhance the contrast of colors.

Quick Tip: To give more dimension to your flowers you can cut with scissors a little more inside the petals and paste these with foam tape with different levels.
