March Club Q with Rhonda

Monday greetings to you!  It's Rhonda here today to host the blog and share a project that I created with pieces from the March Club Q kits.

I wanted to emphasize the vibrant colors in the kit and used the 12x12 chipboard piece in the kit as my base. Some Warm Sand PowderPuff Chalk Ink was used to soften the edges.

The shapes are simple and geometric in design and really help to center your design around the photo. To accent the color scheme I splattered coordinating mist colors to the background and used our Midnight Confessions PowderPuff Chalk Ink to stamp some accents as well.

Designer's Tip:
The sheer ribbon included in the kit was tied around the photo and helped to hide an otherwise distracting element.  Now the focal point is where I want it to be.

Quick Quotes Ingredients:
March Club Q  (Papers, Brads, Ribbon and Chipboard)
PowderPuff Chalk Inks: Midnight Confessions and Warm Sand

Other Ingredients:
Flair by A Flair for Buttons
Stamps by BoBunny

Thanks so much for stopping on over today!
