Cathy here with you and I am sharing a layout created with Quick Quotes Dream Big and Sheer Joy collections along some fabulous Petaloo products. I had so much fun with these flowers and ribbons. The flowers are so gorgeous and detailed, and you can create so many different looks with each pack!
I added some machine stitching in the die cut circle and along the bottom of my title. Lots of Caribbean Blue Powder Puff Chalking Ink was added to almost all the edges and a bit sprinkled with a wet paint brush to make the small dots you see.
