Off the Page with Jen

Hello everyone, Jen here today to host the blog!

I have several family members with birthday’s coming up and I don’t know about you, but sometimes it’s easier to give gift cards instead of trying to guess whether or not they will like a particular gift.

It makes the gift receiver happy which in turn makes me happy!

I have a cute little purse gift card holder to share with you today. I started off with a 4”x12” piece of paper that I scored at the following increments: 3”, 3 ½”, 4”, 7”.

I used a Kiwi Lane Designs template to create the front flap of the purse and then covered the front of the purse with paper from the Dusty Road Paper Collection.

I then inked all of the edges of my paper and purse with
Coal Miner PowderPuff Chalking Ink.

I added a chipboard sticker and pearls to the front of the purse
and punched holes in the back to add a ribbon handle.

On the inside of the purse, I added a holder from patterned paper
and a die cut from the Inspire Quote Bundle.

These are so fun to make!!

Thanks so much for stopping on over today!  Have a wonderful Friday!
