Celebrating Holidays QQ Style!

Happy Tuesday!  Today we have Jan and Christine sharing their projects on the blog with you.

*****

Hello Quick Quotes fans!  Jan here today to share a canvas creation with you.

I'm smitten with the new Crackin' Rose line.  The beautiful rich colors remind me of days gone by.   Papers are QQP-CR500 and QQP-CR700.

I've used some wide vintage lace on my 8" x 10" canvas and prepared the canvas using Powder Puff Chalking inks in the following colors.  Amaretto, Green Tea, and Mango Mai Tai.  I've added some decorative corners using a vintage type stencil by Deja View and some Modeling Paste by Golden.

The Christmas Tree Bag 'o Chips Chipboard present matches the paper perfectly.

Here are a few close-ups.

Thanks so much for stopping on over today!

~Jan

Hi Quick Quotes Fans!  Christine here today in the Halloween spirit!

Last week I shared a toddler Halloween layout and today I am sharing a Halloween card for kids.  Can you tell I have kids on the brain?  Part of the Quick Quotes Halloween line is a whole slew of cute Halloween jokes.  I wanted to incorporate those into my card and share them with y'all!

I cute out jokes that were a match for the monsters that I also cut out.  Conversation bubbles are all the rage so it was fun to incorporate those as well!  Don't you just love the colors that Quick Quotes used for their Halloween line?  I love the bright hues of green, purple and orange!

Supplies Used:
Twine from The twinery
White Pen from Signo
Monster Patterned Paper from Momenta
