Inspire Me Saturday + A Giveaway

Inspire Me Saturday!

Wow, do we have some Quick Quotes inspiration for you today!!!

Marcia here with a layout to share with you using the new Stowaway collection. It's perfect for staycation photos too...

Yes, this is me jumping out of a plane! I still can't believe I did it either.

My sister was celebrating her 50th birthday and my son was celebrating his 18th. I was originally only going to take pictures of them, but there was a member of the party that backed out. No refunds given, as they have these wonderful instructors who still need to be paid. So, I took his place.

While vacationing in Cancun (many years ago) I really wanted to go parasailing, but I was 6 months pregnant and no one would take me. I figured skydiving was probably the next best thing. The itty bitty box of travel quotes had the perfect quote for this layout too.

Well, now I can say "What a Ride!"

Quick Quotes Supplies:
Stowaway papers (100, 200, 300, 400)
Powderpuff chalk ink in TahitiBaja BlueMocha Mama

Other Supplies:
Gesso,
Hemp twine,
Mini Market Alpha stickers by October Afternoon
Tiny Type Alpha stickers by Cosmos Cricket
2 brads with loops
acrylic stamp
white thread

Hello friends!  Jan here today to share some new release inspiration with you!

I'm having more fun with Quick Quotes, Cracklin Rose and Itty Bitty, Heritage Vellum Quotes!

I bought this wooden jewelry box at a thrift store for $2.00 and decided to upcycle it!  I removed the piece on the right that held necklaces, and the small piece in the drawer that held rings.  I coused Cracklin Rose on the drawer fronts and on the wood.  I happened to see these vintage gloves while thrifting and thought they would be a perfect addition to my heritage piece.

Coordinating mini album:

Inside album:

Supplies:
Accucut envelope die, Paper Studio flower punch, Buttons, Glue Arts Perma Tac, Helmar 450 Quick Dry, Maya Road diecuts and kraft cards, sewing machine, Old book to punch paper flowers, Prima Jewel, Hobby Lobby Door Plate, Jewelry Box

Tanisha here with another project featuring Just Because.

I used one of the vellum quotes from the Itty Bitty Box (Babies/Family) and a present from the Birthday Gift 8x10 Chipboard set to create a beautiful embellishment that makes this card pop!

I inked the chipboard piece with Marachino Cherry PowderPuff Chalking Ink, then coated it with glossy accents and micro beads and allowed to dry.  I adhered the vellum quote to JB200 and then adhered it behind the present.  I finished off the present with a button, twine, and a tiny tag.

Here's a close up of the present.

Thanks for stopping by... I hope you have enjoyed all of the inspiration posted thus far!!

Just Because (JB-200, JB-300, JB-400)

The pilot in me (as in I pilot single engine planes) is not jumping out of any plane unless I absolutely have to. Fun photos & layout. Especially like the makeover on the jewelry box. TY for response on when winners for last ch will be posted. I overlooked the deets on when it was to be posted where you indicated.

The jewelry box is way creative, love it! I was at CKC Lancaster today and I'm sad that the new papers weren't available yet.

I keep dreaming off skydiving! However with two small children, this has to wait.
Those colors are so pretty and the upcycled jewelery box is incredibly pretty
