Hi everyone!
I have a birthday card to share with you today that showcases a cute chipboard cupcake. I inked the edges of my paper with Blue Hawaiian Chalk Ink and stamped a cute sentiment at the top of the card.
Here you can see a close-up of the chipboard cupcake. To create the look, I painted a thin coat of white acrylic paint over the entire surface of the chipboard. Once dry, I used chalk inks to color the wrapper and the frosting. I then used pearl paint to create the “dots” on the frosting.
Items used:
One Fine Day Patterned Paper – Quick Quotes
Blue Hawaiian Chalk Ink – Quick Quotes
Lemonade Chalk Ink – Quick Quotes
Chipboard Cupcake "Bag o-Chips" – Quick Quotes
Acrylic Paint – Plaid
Ribbon – Quick Quotes
Pearl Paint – Viva
Gems – Bead Design Co.
Stamp – Stampin Up!
Stamp Ink - Momento
Thanks for stopping over today!
