Happy Friday to you from Jen!

I was given a Cinch binding machine for Christmas, so I just had to try it out! I created a chipboard mini album by covering the chipboard pages with the new Quick Quotes Summer Samba paperline. I used Beacons 3-in-1 Glue to adhere the paper to the chipboard.

Album Cover
Here is the front cover of the mini album:I inked the edges of the paper with Blue Hawaiian PowderPuff Chalking Ink. To create the photo mats, I used the Spellbinders Reverse Wonky Rectangle die. I added small dots of paint around the photo mats as well as flowers and jewels to finish off the front of the album.

Pages 1 and 2

I used the Spellbinders Labels One die to create the photo mat on the first page and used the Reverse Wonky Rectangle die again on the second page. I added brads and jewels to the flowers and flip flops to create some dimension.

Pages 3 and 4

I used the Spellbinders Curved Rectangles die to create the photo mats on these two pages. I also added a Vellum Quote which was attached with brads. Since I was working with chipboard, I had to add the quote & brads before the background paper was attached to the thick chipboard.

Pages 5 and 6

I used the Curved Rectangles and the Labels One dies on pages 5 and 6. I also added more brads and ribbons to the cutouts.

Back Cover
On the back cover, I added a simple quote that I outlined with more paint dots.

Once all of the pages were complete, I used my Cinch machine to punch the holes through the chipboard. The Cinch was also used to loop the wire through the holes and push them closed which holds the album together.
