I cut a 12’ strip of paper to go across the middle of the page, added the black laser cut underneath and embellished the top of the strip with my title and the pumpkin laser cut. I added the envelopes and photo mats above and below the central strip, labeled the envelopes and added the ribbon through the precut holes.
